Michael Dylan Brennan is an experienced trial attorney and
advisor representing consumers, injured people, insurance
policy holders and small businesses.
Michael has experience in consumer rights cases, debt
collection defense, motor vehicle accident cases, premises
liability, products liability, insurance coverage claims and
policy disputes, insurance bad faith claims, medical
malpractice and legal malpractice litigation, wrongful death
and catastrophic injury cases, business law and commercial
litigation, contract disputes, and employment non-competition
agreements and wrongful termination claims.
Michael is licensed to practice in the state of Ohio and is
admitted to the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy
Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
Michael is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the
Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
Michael is a 1996 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of
Law, where he was Business Editor of the Law Review, Vice
President of the Student Bar Association, and an intern with
the United States Department of Justice. Michael earned his
B.A. at Bowling Green State University, and is a graduate of
Geneva High School.
Michael is married to Gina Ventre, and they reside in
University Heights.
